| Werbellin is the class#1 son of Weltmeyer. He was chosen for the German State Stud and completed his 11 month testing finishing 4th out of 41 with 122.95 pts overall, DI 126.95 Rideability. 119.49 in Jumping. Of exceptional character and temperament, scoring 8's and 9's, with 3 good gaits, Werbellin is a pleasure to work with and train. Weltmeyer is by World Cup I, who won his approval and performance test, twice vice-champion DLG & 1997 Stallion of the Year. Weltmeyer won 1986 approvals and the 1988, 1989 CHI conformation class and 1987 best 3-yr old riding horse. He has a top production record for stallions and SPS mares. Many sons win their approvals and more finish in the top four. He leads the FN breeding value rating for Dressage for years. His progeny are also above average in show jumping. Werbellin's dam, St. PR. St. Lady Laurin is enrolled in the Jumper Breeding program, MPT 7.91, free jumping 9. Her grand-dam has 3 daughters with free jumping 8, 9, and 9.5. The same motherline has many stallion offspring; ex: Sao Paulo & Askan and sporthorses Olympic Askan DLG champion Weltdame, European champion Wertvolle. Both the dam sire Legat & Lanthan stand for Celle and give talented offspring. Werbellin was successfully shown in Germany in 1998/99, winning 19 classes. He is described in the Hengstbuch, "strong, correct confirmation, distinctive riding horse points, a good shoulder and well-sloped croup.
